1. Introduction

Privateskins is a digital marketplace where users can exchange CS2 skins and cryptocurrency. Users can deposit CS2 skins or Litecoin, list items for sale, and purchase items from others. All transactions occur between users, and no fiat currency is involved.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their local jurisdiction allows them to use this service.
• Users are solely responsible for securing their Steam and Privateskins accounts. We do not provide account recovery for compromised accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit, hack, or use our service in an unintended manner will result in a ban.
• Knowingly using stolen or illegally obtained assets (items or crypto) will result in a ban, and assets may be frozen.
• This service is strictly prohibited in Panama.

3. Liability & Disputes

• If a user’s assets are stolen, scammed, or lost due to actions outside of Privateskins’ control, we are not responsible and cannot retrieve or refund them.
• There is no dispute resolution process for transactions that occur outside of Privateskins’ direct platform operations.
• We are only responsible for losses caused by platform-related bugs or anomalies.

4. Asset Forfeiture & Ban Policy

• Users found violating our terms may have their accounts banned.
• If an account is banned, the user may request to withdraw their remaining assets, provided they are not frozen due to a policy violation.
• Users can appeal a ban by contacting us via email at [email protected] or through our Discord server.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

• We collect and store Steam account information (SteamID, persona name, profile picture, trade link) and Litecoin withdrawal addresses if provided.
• We store transaction details (buying, selling, depositing, withdrawing) and IP addresses indefinitely.
• User data is retained indefinitely unless updated by the user.
• Users may request the deletion of their data and account by contacting us.

6. How we use Cookies

• Storing shopping cart data.
• Storing session management data.
• Storing the referrer upon signup.

Cookies are strictly limited to our site and are not shared across domains.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt Privateskins’ services.
• Engaging in fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions.
• Using automated tools or scripts to manipulate the platform.
• DDoS attacks or any attempts to halt service operation.
